Returns Policy
Providing you return your item and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt and your returned item meets our terms and conditions we will give you a refund. Your item must be unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact).
Terms & conditions of our policy
If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll refund it.
By original condition we mean:
- You’ve kept all the original labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price
- The item is unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and free of any make up marks or stains.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse we will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the FigureMade Returns Policy, we will process your return request within 14 days of receiving your returned goods and will send you an email notification to confirm this.
The order remains the property of FigureMade until it reaches the customer. Once received the order then becomes the customers responsibility and property.
If the customer chooses to return the order, the order remains the property of the customer until it is successfully received by FigureMade. Please ensure you keep any Proof of Postage safe until we have confirmed receipt of your returned item(s). Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
Returns process:
- Complete the returns form entering the reason for the return and enclose this with the item(s) being returned within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our website www.figuremade.com/pages/returns for everything you need to know about our returns policy.
- Please use the pre labelled mailing bag for your return. Please note that we are not
responsible for the cost of posting the returned items back to our warehouse. We kindly ask that you fold your items as neatly as possible when you are returning them. - Seal your package ensuring it is secure and take it to your local Post Office, where you should obtain a Proof of Postage receipt.
*Please ensure you keep any Proof of Postage safe until we have confirmed receipt of your returned item(s) as the items remain the customers property until they are received by FigureMade. Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
Please Note: Returns can take up to 14 working days to reach our warehouse. We will process your return within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you further email notification to confirm this.
We have no obligation to refund any item if it does not meet the FigureMade returns terms and conditions as listed above or is returned outside of the advertised returns period. In those circumstances, we will typically send the item or items back to you at our cost. However, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of postage.
